I remember when I was a child, there was an iMac on my father's desk. He would use it for long periods every day, and I would always stand behind him, filled with curiosity about the machine. Although it can no longer be turned on, my earliest memories of it remain as vivid as yesterday.
I hope this work will be a tribute to the patriarch of the Mac series, the Macintosh 1984.

This project aims to visualize fragments of my childhood memories.
These blur memories remind me of Zhuangzi's parable of the butterfly dream: perhaps these hazy memories are simply a butterfly dreaming of being the sun. Or perhaps, I am actually a butterfly dreaming of my past.

Through this project, I was able to improve my skills in Cinema 4D.
I learned how to incorporate subtle imperfections into metal and wood materials, such as scratches, stains, and natural textures, to make them feel more realistic and less artificially perfect. This approach not only enhanced the believability of my renders but also deepened my understanding of how to achieve lifelike materiality.
Arsène Lupin is a thief created by the French writer Maurice Leblanc.
He is intelligent, meticulous, suave, and wealthy, and he robs the rich to help the poor. Therefore, the poor people give him titles such as “chivalrous thief”, “strange thief”, and “strange thief gentleman”.
Although Arsène Lupin is called a Phantom Thief, he actually works as a detective.

Our moods towards holidays are like an endless cycle. During the weekdays, we often feel melancholic and listless, eagerly anticipating the arrival of the holiday.
However, when the holiday finally comes, we engage in various activities to recharge ourselves, preparing for the upcoming weekdays, work, and assignments. Our moods then soar to the peak like a roller coaster, only to be followed by the same sense of loss, and then we begin to look forward to the next holiday.
